Alkoshop does not organize any deliveries. Alkoshop may assist the client in arranging the transportation. Via the Portal the client can select the most suitable means of delivery. The assistance provided by the Alkoshop to the client in the arranging of transport of the products is not classified as arranging the transport. If client or other person chooses to use transportation services, then client or other person will be marked as sender. If deficiency occurs regarding the order which has been caused by transportation of the products, the client is obliged to submit a complaint to the selected transportation service provider. If deficiency of the goods (including incorrect product) has occurred during the delivery of the goods to the transportation service provider, the Alkoshop is obliged to offer voucher for new order or discount. Both parties have to agree on it.

The price of the products sold include the respective VAT and alcohol excise duty valid in the Republic of Latvia. Choosing a carrier to deliver to outside of Latvia is up to the purchasing party. Please note that when delivering goods to outside of Latvia, you are obliged to pay the taxes related to the import of alcohol valid in the country of destination. In shopping cart view client or other person can see most recent information about collection options. On the basis of the sales contract, the risk of accidental loss and damage of the products transfers to the client upon delivery of the products to the client´s or the transportation service selected and authorized by the client. Ownership of the products is transferred to the Purchaser on the territory of the Alkoshop store in Valka, Latvia.

Alkoshop.ee reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions and product prices for the purpose of efficiency, competitiveness, further development and addition or reorganization of the product range.

In case of cancellation of the order, Alkoshop reserves the right to reserve 10 EUR to cover bank and administrative costs.

The cancellation process may take up to 30 days.
